Research Nurse- Per Diem

Research nurse is required to carry blood draws for a neuroimaging research study at McLean hospital.
Duties include taking blood draws over a 30 min - 1 hour study session, using a 21 G BD Vacutainer butterfly needle.
Some blood draws will be carried out at locations within zone 3 magnetic fields at the 3T Prisma scanner.
Therefore, in addition to standard McLean nursing credentials, nurse must have completed MR safety training and have passed the MR safety exam at the McLean Imaging Center.
Taking blood draws over the course of a 30 - 1 hour minute period using a 21 G BD Vacutainer butterfly needle.
Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
Licensed MA Registered Nurse MR safety certification.
Standard blood draw procedures (excluding IV placement).
(Required) Ability to work as part of a team.
(Required) All employees must possess basic computer skills to use a variety of electronic or online systems for communication, clinical and administrative purposes.
(Required) Recommended Skills Administration Certified Nurse Practitioner Certified Safety Professional Clinical Works Electronics Imaging Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
